Albert Curtis Knight
(February 20, 1937 – October 31, 2025)

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins for Albert Curtis Knight, 88 of Seminary, who passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025 at the South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS.

Reverend Lee Faler will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Willow Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Collins.  Special music will be provided by Cathy Clark. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive guests from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 3202 Highway 49, Collins, MS.

Pallbearers will be family and friends

Curtis honorably served his country in the Army National Guard for twelve years. He was a loving and compassionate man who enjoyed spending time with his family. Curtis was a man who strived to be at peace with everyone he met. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty two years, Annie Ruth Breazeale Knight;  father, Hallie Knight;  mother, Beatrice Manning Knight;  one brother, Carroll Knight; and one grandchild, Billy Dillon.

Survivors include his sons, Glenn Knight, Rusty Knight, Joey Knight, and Tim Knight, all of Seminary; one daughter, Noresa Knight Yawn of Collins; five grandchildren, Allen Knight of Vine Grove, KY, Heather Knight Ingram (Paul) of Seminary, Ashley Knight White of Laurel, Cade Knight and Shane Knight; one great grandchild, Shawna Burch of Jackson, and one great-great grandchild, Richard Buckley, Jr..
