Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the Evergreen Baptist Church in Seminary for Angel Carter Eskew Wann, 50 of Seminary, who passed away on Monday, March 11, 2024, at the Covington County Hospital in Collins, MS.
Reverend Chad Cummins and Dr. Barry Armstrong will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Bullock Cemetery in Seminary. Special music will be provided by Mrs. Anita Humphrey and Mr. Bob Thames. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the Evergreen Baptist Church, 65 Evergreen Baptist Church Rd, Seminary, Mississippi.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Wann, Dawson Wann, Dalton Wann, Elijah Wann, Shannon Wann, and Brantley Ward. The honorary pallbearer will be Philip Anderson.
Mrs. Wann was born on July 11, 1973, in Collins, Mississippi to Patricia Mooney Eskew and the late Troy Eskew Sr. She was a graduate of the Pass Christian High School Class of 1992. Mrs. Wann was a member of the Evergreen Baptist Church in Seminary. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Wann loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Troy Eskew, Sr; one brother, Gannon Puckett; two sisters, Terri Sumpter and Stacy Eskew; her grandparents, William, and Jannie Lee Eskew, and E.P. and Bettie Carter Mooney.
Survivors include her four sons, Tyler Wann (Katie) of Altus, Oklahoma, Dawson Wann, Dalton Wann, and Elijah Wann, all of Seminary; her mother, Patricia Mooney Eskew of Seminary; one brother, Troy Eskew, Jr of Moore, Oklahoma; three sisters, Tracy Britton of Oklahoma, Christina Ruffner of Seminary, and Debra Rigney (Ray) of State Line; her step-parents, Darryl and Linda Puckett of Alabama; her grandparents, Philip and Brenda Anderson of Seminary; three grandchildren, Alexander Shuman, Nathan Costello, and Olivia Wann, and a host of nieces and nephews..
