Annette Sanford Pierce
(June 8, 1939 – June 11, 2024)

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday, June 17, 2024 at the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Seminary for Annette Sanford Pierce, 85 of Seminary, who passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at the Arrington Living Center in Collins, Mississippi.

Reverend Wayne Woolwine will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Seminary.   Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Monday, June 17, 2024 at the Billy M. King Funeral Home, 3202 US 49, Collins, MS.

Mrs. Annette was an avid gardener and loved the outdoors.  She was a fiesty woman that worked hard all her whole life.  She will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Wanda Pierce Bennett;  her parents, Herman and Jenny Lind Blackwell Sanford; her brother, W.H. Sanford; and her twin sister, Jeanette Leggett Rogers.

Survivors include her son, Wayne Pierce (Ona) of Seminary, MS; two daughters, Margie Pierce Diller, and Sandee Pierce Morison (Neil) of Orlando, FL.; her sister, Billie Sue Dickens (Harold) of Collins; and several grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
