Beverly Sue Sanford
(December 28, 1938 – April 11, 2024)

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at the Billy M. King Funeral Home in Collins for Beverly Sue Sanford, 85 of Collins, who passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at the Landmark of Collins in Collins, MS.

Brother Chad Cummins will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Cold Springs Cemetery in Collins.  Special music will be provided by Bob Thames.  Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at the Billy M. King Funeral Home, 3202 US 49, Collins, MS.

Pallbearers will be David Ishee, Jake Harrell, Carlos Williamson, Peter Blanton, Chris Terhune, Tray Tippit, and Malachi Magee.

Beverly was fun loving, had a sense of humor, and enjoyed making people laugh. She especially loved spending time with her family. She was a loving sister, mother, grandmother, great-great grandmother and friend to all who knew her, and she will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Sanford; one son, Michael Drew "Buddy" Bevill; parents; Chester Everett Smith and Dorothy Roebuck Edwards; one brother, Tom Edwards; one sister, Dorothy Ann Smith Killebrew.

Survivors include her son, Billy Darren Bevill (Sandy);  daughters, Kelly Sue Benzel (Mike) of Macksville, KS and Sherri Lynn Bevill Leggett (Mike) of Seminary, MS;  brother, William Gary Edwards; 10 grandchildren, 17 Great- Grandchildren.
