Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at the Saint Elizabeth`s Episcopal Church in Collins for Billie Rhe Pudas, 99 of Collins, who passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at the Landmark in Collins, Mississippi.
The Rev. Brenda McClendon will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Collins City Cemetery in Collins. Special music will be provided by Mrs. Gwen Keys Hitt and Jay Douglas Dickinson. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive guests from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at the Saint Elizabeth`s Episcopal Church, 1201 South Fourth Street Collins, Mississippi.
Pallbearers will be Jay Douglas Dickinson, Aaron Russell Dickinson, Howard McClendon, Wayne Sanford, Dakotah Dickinson, and Brandon Dickinson.
Billie Rhe Pudas, 99 years old, passed away on August 24, 2025. Billie was born in Deridder, Louisiana on February 18,1926 and lived a full and happy life devoted to her Lord Jesus and her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Tresmer and Irene McMahon Johnson, and a great grandchild, Asher King Dickinson.
Survivors include one son, Russ Kern (Debbie) of Foley, AL; one daughter, Irene Kern Dickinson (Ronnie) of Collins; four grandchildren, Anne-Marie Kern Bevelander (Christian) of Athens, GA, Kayla Beth Kern Nichols (Marty) of Grand Bay, AL, Jay Douglas Dickinson (Melanie) of Waynesboro, and Aaron Russell Dickinson (Lindsey) of Collins; nine great-grandchildren, Alec Russell Dickinson, Ames King Dickinson, Army Aaron Dickinson, Brandon Chase Dickinson (Taylor), Dakotah Blaine Dickinson, Marlee Renee Dickinson Thompson (James), Bennett Bevelander, Luke Nichols, and Owen Nichols; three great-great grandchildren, Wilson Dickinson, Brayler Chase Dickinson, and Benson Dickinson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 873, Collins, Mississippi, 39428.
