Billy Joe Walters, Jr.

(November 13, 1955 – March 28, 2020)

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date for Mr. Billy Joe Walters, Jr., 64 of Collins, who passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2020, at the Mississippi State Veterans Home in Collins.

Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Walters was a loving son, father, grandfather, and brother. He served our country in the United States Army.

Survivors include one son, James Benjamin Walters and wife, Marlene, of Ellisville; one daughter, Rikki Jolene Walters (Jesse James) of Laurel; parents, Billy Joe Sr. and Edith Walters of Stringer; three granddaughters, Katherine Walters, Lauren Walters, and Karley Walters; one sister, Cathy Phillips and husband, Stanley, of Stringer; and a host of other family members.
