Bobby Ladell McDonald
(November 12, 1962 – May 22, 2025)

A Graveside service will be held at 2:15 pm on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at the Ora Cemetery in Collins for Bobby Ladale McDonald, 62 of Collins, who passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at his residence.
Brother Jeremy Miller will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Ora Cemetery in Collins. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.
Family will receive guests from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 3202 Highway 49, Collins, Mississippi.
Pallbearers will be Jake Duckworth, Jerrett Williams, Josh Ellzey, Ronnie McDonald, Nicky Walker, and Phillip McDonald. Honorary pallbearers will be Lavon McDonald, Chris McDonald.
Bobby was a welcoming soul that never met a stranger. He was kind and generous to all. He was a hard worker evident by his dedication to Power Restoration with the Dixie Electric Company for over thirty years. Bobby was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend to all who knew him and he will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel McDonald and Frances Norris McDonald; one stepson Kacey Workman; two brothers, Harvey McDonald and Bruce McDonald.
Survivors include his wife, Reka Lynn McDonald of Collins, one son, Brandon McDonald (Kattie); two daughters, Natasha McDonald of Collins and Kasie Workman Duckworth (Jake) of Collins; three brothers, Ronnie McDonald, Lavon McDonald (Deloris), Chris McDonald (Cindy), lifelong friend Floyd Gentry, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
