A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins for Brandy Leigh Speed Bounds, 47 of Seminary, who passed away on Monday, July 15, 2019 at the Merit Health-Wesley Medical Center in Hattiesburg.

Reverend Glenn Shoemake will officiate at the services.  Special music will be provided by Janet and Larry Sanford.  Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins.

Miss Bounds was born on September 27, 1971 in Collins, Mississippi.  She was employed at Auto Credit of Collins as a bookkeeper.  Miss Bounds was a Christian and a member of the Baptist faith.  She touched the lives of so many people, and will be greatly missed.  Miss Bounds was an avid animal lover.

She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Elbert Speed; and her adopted father, Daniel Bounds.

Survivors include her mother, Donna Fairchild Bounds; one brother, Douglas Bounds; three sisters, Anna Bounds, Renee Bounds, and India Speed; an aunt, Dianne Aultman Robinson; and a host of other family members and friends.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, that memorials be made to the Southern Pine Animal Shelter, 1901 North 31 ^st Avenue, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, 39401.
