Braxton Ladale Carnegie

(January 4, 2022 – January 15, 2022)

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins for Braxton Ladale Carnegie, infant child, of Collins, who passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at his residence.

Reverend Stephen Bush and Reverend Paul Holiman will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Barnes Cemetery in Taylorsville.  Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 3302 Highway 49, Collins, MS 39428.

Pallbearers will be Clarence Carnegie, Timothy Skelton, Daniel House, and Allen Putney.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ted Ladale Carnegie, and maternal great-grandfather, Howard Cecil Dunn.

Survivors include his parents, Ivory Koleen House and Clarence Ladale Carnegie, both of Collins; paternal grandparents, Sheila and Timothy Skelton of Heidelberg; maternal grandparents, Daniel House and Kara Scruggs of Collins and Angie Dunn and Benjamin Graves of Mount Olive; paternal great-grandparents, Louise and Allen Putney of Collins, and Patricia and Garry Skelton of Butler, Alabama; maternal great-grandparents,  Annette and Darrell Chancellor of Collins, Joyce Dunn McRaney of Collins, and Kathy and Steve Scruggs of Ellisville; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins
