Bryan Taylor Carlisle

   Graveside services will be held at 11:15 a.m. on Monday, May 18, 2026, at the Collins City Cemetery in Collins for Bryan Taylor Carlisle, 47 of Pearl, Mississippi, who passed away at his home on May 7, 2026.

        Reverend Jerry Smith will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Collins City Cemetery in Collins.  Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements. 

        The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 18, 2026, at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 3202 Highway 49, Collins, Mississippi, 39428.

        Pallbearers will be Carl Carlisle, Tanner Carlisle, Phillip Keen, Jessie Howell, Jeffery Crosby, and Tony Gingrich.  Honorary pallbearer will be Barry Humphrey.

         Bryan was born on February 12, 1979, in Meridian, Mississippi.  He spent his life dedicated to his family and work. Bryan was the beloved son of Carl and Dianna Carlisle and the proud father of Tanner Carlisle. His love for Tanner was evident in every aspect of his life; he was always present at Tanner’s activities, cheering him on and offering unwavering encouragement. Family was at the heart of everything Bryan did. Whether it was a holiday or a simple gathering, he made it a priority to be there, creating cherished memories with those he loved.  Bryan had a passion for working outdoors that shaped both his personal interests and professional life. He built a career as a roofing contractor before transitioning to work as a sheet metal installer. His dedication to hard work and craftsmanship reflected his character—steadfast and reliable. Bryan’s presence brought warmth to every room he entered. His commitment to family and his love for the outdoors will remain an enduring legacy for those who knew him. May Bryan’s memory bring comfort to all who loved him.

        He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William Paul and Maude Dartez Taylor; his paternal grandparents, John E. and Dorothy Rogers Carlisle; and an aunt, Mary Carlisle.

        Survivors include his parents, Carl and Dianna Taylor Carlisle of Terry; one son, Tanner Carlisle of Pearl; his former wife, Jamie Carllisle of Pearl; one sister, Jessica Carlisle Howell, and her husband, Jessie Howell of Collins; one niece, Kayla Howell; one nephew, John Gavin Howell; an uncle, Quinn Carlisle; and numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

        The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY., 10306,
