Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins for Carroll McKinney Cook, 64 of Collins, who passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020 at the Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.

Reverend Wesley Kirkley and Mrs. Susan Brogan Johnson will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Collins City Cemetery in Collins.   Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 22, 2020, and from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins.

Pallbearers will be Bradley Roney, Kyle Peavy, Frank Conway, Doyle Batte, Don Phillips, Scott McClure, Brent Martin, and Steve Sanford.  Honorary pallbearers will be the Employees of Colonial Pipeline, Inc.

Mr. Cook was born on April 26, 1955 in Meridian, Mississippi.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.  Mr. Cook retired from Colonial Pipeline, Inc. after twenty-six years of service as a technician.  He attended the Collins United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh Carroll Cook and Eula Mae Jones Cook.

Survivors include his wife of forty years, Dianne Bohanan Cook of Collins; one daughter, Stefanie Cook of Collins; one son, Warren Eugene Watts, and his wife, Amy of Alabaster, Alabama; one brother, Hugh Cook, and his wife, Paula of Memphis, Tennessee; one sister, Sandra Thrasher of Meridian; three grandchildren, Natalie Watts, Noah Watts, and Nicholas Watts, all of Alabaster, Alabama; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members..
