Obituary

A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins for Charles Ray Toon, 77 of Collins, who passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at his residence.

Reverend Glenn Shoemake will officiate at the services with interment to follow at a later date in the Watson Memorial Cemetery in Watson, Oklahoma. Billy M, King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins.

Mr. Toon was born on August 15, 1940 in Watson, Oklahoma. He was a loving father, grandfather, and brother. Mr. Toon retired from Confederate Oil and Gas after fifteen years of service as a pumper. He served in the United States National Guard for six years. Mr. Toon was a member of the Sulphur Springs Baptist Church in Watson, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hershal and Lillie Keiss Toon; one infant son, Martin Ray Toon; and his sister, Genice Allen.

Survivors include four children, Audrey Owen, and her husband, Bucky of Goliad, Texas, Cindy Maxwell, and her husband, Tommy of Collins, Charles Regan Toon and Stacie Revette, both of Foxworth; eight grandchildren ; five great-grandchildren, and several more he loved and claimed; three brothers, Arla Toon , and his wife, Dianna, and Ivan Toon , and his wife, Ann, all of Watson, Oklahoma, and Leon Toon of Overland Park, Kansas; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
