Charlotte Marie Swanigan
(December 19, 1942 – August 6, 2025)

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at a later date for Charlotte Marie Swanigan, 82 of Collins, who passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at the Forest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Charlotte was known by the Collins community as a friendly waitress at Speck's Restaurant and she enjoyed serving her customers. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially, her great niece Kylie. She was a loving sister, aunt, and friend to all who knew her, and she will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Charlene McLeod Swanigan.

Survivors include a host of family members and friends.
