Obituary

A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at the First Presbyterian Church of McGehee, Arkansas for Christopher Ross Lee, 29 of McGehee, who passed away on Friday, January 31, 2020 at his parent's residence in Collins, Mississippi.

Mrs. Sandra Phillips will officiate at the services with a Celebration of Life Fellowship to follow.  Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Brent Dilbeck, Matt Myers, Zach Snow, Chad Denton, Shawn Harrington, Austin Henderson, Tripp Lipford, and Brandon Simpson.

Ross was born September 1, 1990 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.  He was a 2009 graduate of McGehee High School, and received an Associate of Applied Science in Welding Technology from the University of Arkansas at Monticello.  Ross was employed as a fifth hand at Clearwater Papermill in Arkansas City, Arkansas.  He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of McGehee.

Ross was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and grandson.  He loved life, and lived it to the fullest.  His favorite times were spent with his wife, children, family and friends.  He had a great sense of humor, a special smile and personality that would light up a room.  Ross loved hunting and fishing, but most of all dancing with his wife.  Ross will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Katherine Anna Mai Lee, Varnell Elliott Lee, Jr., Sherrill Ross Thomason, and Gary Vance Pless; and his dog, Little Bit.

Survivors include his wife, Lynnzie Bailey Lee of McGehee, Arkansas; his parents, Dwana Thomason Lee and John Christopher Lee, both of Collins, Mississippi; three children, Christopher Drake Lee, Mary-Alice Lee, and Seeley Jackson Lee, all of McGehee, Arkansas; one sister, Krystle Denise Lee of Collins, Mississippi; one niece, Eden Danielle Gonzalez of Collins, Mississippi; his grandmother, Marilyn Ann Pless of McGehee, Arkansas; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
