Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at the New Liberty Landmark Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Mount Olive for Daniel Wesley Norris, 44 of Mount Olive, who passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at the Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.

Brother Jon Neal will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the New Liberty Landmark Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Mount Olive.    Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins.

Pallbearers will be B.J. Wheat, Bill Wheat, Ike Clinton, Steve Blackwell, Michael Norris, Brad Hall, Kevin Garner, and Tim Rayborn.

Mr. Norris was born on July 5, 1977 in Magee, Mississippi.  He was employed by Tech Solutions as a satellite installer.  Mr. Norris was a member of New Liberty Missionary Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Deborah Wheat McLemore.

Survivors include his father, Danny H. Norris of Mount Olive; one sister, Deidra Biglane of Mount Olive; three nieces, Percy Sullivan, Sophia Sullivan, and Isabella Sullivan; one nephew, Gamble Sullivan; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
