David Robert Montalbano, 58, of Seminary, MS died Saturday, November 05, 2016 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. He was born Thursday, March 06, 1958 in Framingham, MA.

A memorial service will be held Friday, November 11, 2016 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM with the eulogy being given at 7:00 PM at Billy M. King Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins, MS. Billy M King Colonial Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (601) 765-1010

David was a veteran of the United States Army. His favorite pastime was playing pool. He was an artist and particularly enjoyed working with string art and wood. David was an avid Patriots and Boston area sports fan. His close family bonds were especially important to David and his grandchildren, in particular, were number one.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert A. Montalbano and Shirley L Montalbano.

Survivors include his wife, Tammy Nahodil-Montalbano; children, Joshua Montalbano (Tina), Fort Belvoir, VA, Andrea Waddell (William), Brandon, MS and Brandi Kuhn, Slidell, LA; siblings, Alan Montalbano (Debbie), West Brookfield, MA, John Montalbano (Dina), Northbridge, MA, Gail Rice (David), Ocala, FL and Stephen Montalbano (Susan), Summerville, SC; eight grandchildren, six nephews and two nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The American Heart Association.
