Deborah Ann Sanford Ainsworth

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at a later date for Deborah Ann Sanford Ainsworth, 68 of Seminary, who passed away on Friday, August 21, 2026, at the Asbury Hospice House in Hattiesburg.

Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Ainsworth was born on October 13, 1957, in Collins, Mississippi to Larry Wayne Sanford and Betty Lott Sanford. She was a retired self-employed beautician. Mrs. Sanford was a member of the Willow Grove Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Larry Wayne Sanford and Betty Lott Sanford.

Survivors include her husband of fifty-years, Clyde Stanley Ainsworth of Seminary; one son, Jeremy Ainsworth, and his wife, Kim of Seminary; one daughter, Shannon Ainsworth Drennan, and her husband, Mikey of Collins; one sister, Pam Sanford of Purvis; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
