Services will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday, May 19, 2016 at the Billy M. King Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins, MS for Doris Crosby, 78 of Seminary, MS who passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016 at her residence.

Rev. Wayne Woolwine will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Crosby Cemetery. Music will be provided by Shelly Shoemake.

Pallbearers will be Logan Carr, Brett Conerly, Shawn Conerly, Greg Crosby, Lane Crosby, and Steve Sanford.

As a long-time resident of Covington County, Ms. Doris loved gardening, cooking, and cleaning her home and yard. She was a wonderful woman that was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

Ms. Doris was preceded in death by parents, Toxie H. & Rosie Lee Crosby; one brother, Hubert K. Crosby; and one niece, Kimberly Craft.

Survivors include her Daughter, Brenda Marketta Berry, Hattiesburg, MS; two Grandchildren, Eli and Lakiesha Williford, Collins, MS; three Great Grandchildren, Haley & Caleb Mooney, Seminary, MS, Sky Jones, Collins, MS; two Brothers, Ellis Crosby (Jeanette), Seminary, MS, Toxie Crosby (Paulette), Ellisville, MS; five Sisters, Joyce Brady (Lemuel), Hattiesburg, MS, Bettie Sanford (Howard), Petal, MS, Gloria Mooney (Archie), Seminary, MS, Linda Keys, Seminary, MS, Sheryl Conerly (Perry), Hattiesburg, MS; 10 nieces; 6 nephews; 10 Great nieces; 12 Great Nephews; 1 Great Great Niece; 2 Great Great Nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Billy M. King Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins. Friends and family may sign an online guest book at www.billymkingcolonialchapel.com.
