Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2020 at the Seminary Cemetery for Frances Smith Kelly, 96 of Seminary, who passed away on Friday, April 17, 2020 at the Arrington Living Center in Collins.

Dr. Timothy Hubbard and Reverend Clay Smith will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Seminary Cemetery in Seminary.  Special music will be provided by Mr. Bill Rogers.  Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Chad Kelly, Randy Smith, Wayne Smith, Mike Blackwell, Cliff Blake, Mike Morgan, and Buddy Patterson.

Mrs. Kelly was born on January 7, 1924 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.  Mrs. Kelly was a homemaker by trade.  She was a faithful member of the Seminary Baptist Church.  Mrs. Kelly was a Covington County Homemakers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Merle Kelly; her parents, Benjamin and Ethel Stewart Smith; one son, Ernest Madison Kelly; one sister, Opal Blake; and two brothers, Truitt Smith and Dalton Smith.

Survivors include one son, James Allen Kelly, and his wife, Dawn of Seminary; one daughter, Kay Kelly Whitworth, and her husband, Breck of Gulfport; a daughter-in-law, Chris Neal Kelly of Seminary; eight grandchildren, Chad Kelly (Julia), Keri Kelly Thrash (Mark), Jessica Kelly Wallace (Joseph), Skye Kelly, Kayla Kelly, Laura Beth Kelly Bailey (Jonathan), Danielle Whitworth, and Garrett Whitworth; thirteen great-grandchildren; two sisters, Faye Patterson of Eatonville and Joy Morgan of Hattiesburg; and a host of nieces and nephews.
