Gannon Puckett lived in Douglasville Georgia. He worked in Villa Rica at Granite Group International in the warehouse for many years. He thoroughly enjoyed working for Al Gardner and Bob Blasto and acquired many lifelong friends while working there. Gannon was always extremely independent and could fix anything in his path. He also had a great passion for any and all animals. He had endless reading materials. Although he loved his job, his mom's promise for date nut balls and lemon ice box pie would force him and puppy to make a road trip.
Gannon loved his family and he always had quirky bits of information for his nieces and nephews. In the last two years, Gannon fought hard. He still continued to work on everything that was broken, make sure the yard was manicured and even got his sister, Angel, to eat an eel for her birthday. Although he fought hard, the illnesses worked harder. Gannon was a wonderful son, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be missed more than words can express.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, E.P. and Bettie Mooney and G.G. and Mary Carter; step-father, Troy Eskew and step-sister, Terry Sumpter.
Survivors include his father, Darryl Puckett (Linda Ann Case), Grant, AL, E. Patricia Eskew, Seminary, MS; sisters, Angel Wann, Seminary, MS, Christina Eskew, Fort Smith, AR and Debra Rigney (Ray), State Line, MS; brothers, Mark Puckett and Timothy Puckett, Newnan, GA; nephews, Tyler, Dalton, Dawson and Eli Wann and nieces, Emersyn Rigney , Anna Moudy, Colina Lowery and Megan Green.
