Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at the Billy M. King Funeral Home in Collins for Gary Harold McMahan, 64 of Mount Olive, who passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at his residence in Mount Olive, MS.
Reverend Larry Dennis and Brother Brad Lowery will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Jesus Name Holy Hill Church of God Cemetery in Mount Olive. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Friday, March 8, 2024 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 3202 Hwy 49, Collins, Mississippi.
Pallbearers will be Joseph Warren, Devin Vargan, Isaiah Warren, Noah Speed, Marin Camposeco, and Ike Smith.
Gary Harold McMahan, 64, of Mount Olive, Mississippi departed this life to meet Jesus on Wednesday, March 6, 2024.
He was a disabled logger where he worked for many many years. He loved his family but most importantly he loved his grandchildren.
His final days were spent with all his family close to him. He was very active up to the very last day.
We the family would like to thank everyone who has helped us with daddy in the last days. A special thanks to the staff at Deaconess Hospice; Sandra Rooks and Carole Gene Wilborn. Also, the owners and staff at Main Street Cafe.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Amos McMahan and Eunice Caves McMahan; one brother, Jerry Carr.
Survivors include his son, Scotty McMahan of Taylorsville, MS; two daughters, Angela McMahan Camposeco (Marin) of McComb and Pamela McMahan Mullins of Mount Olive; one brother, Gerald Warren (Penny) of Mount Olive; three grandsons, Jaxon Mullins, Cayden Camposeco and Michael (B.K.) Smith; three granddaughters, Kayla McMahan, Kaitlyn Mullins and Elisa Camposeco one special friend, Samantha Preston, fourteen nephews, eighteen nieces and a host of other family members.
