Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the Billy M. King Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins, MS for George Randall Campbell, 70 of Hattiesburg, who passed away on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at the Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.
Pastor Jeff Clark will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Williamsburg United Methodist Church Cemetery in Collins. Billy M, King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, August 3, 2018 and again from 11:00AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins, MS.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Frazier, Joey Williams, Neal Campbell, Doug Hamm, Taylor Kimble and Marshall Brewer. Honorary pallbearers will be Benny Sparkman, Cliff Kelly, Preston Jordan, and Buddy Miller.
George Randall was the owner of Southern Colonel Homes Inc. in Hattiesburg, MS. He spent over 50 years in the mobile home industry.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vivian "V.O." and Lela Pickering Campbell and a grandson, Cameron Parker Campbell; siblings, Harlan Rudolph Campbell, Keith Campbell, Rev. Travis L. Campbell and Maxine Campbell Aultman.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Jerri Lynn Campbell, daughter, Randa Lynn Campbell Pittman (John), Hattiesburg, MS; son, George Ryan Campbell (Rebecca), Hattiesburg, MS; grandchildren, Alli, Lake and Greysen Campbell; brothers, Bernard Campbell (Doris), Collins, MS, V.O. Campbell Jr. (Pattie), Collins, MS and Herman Campbell (Annie Ruth), Collins, MS; sisters, Roanoke Campbell McDonald (Carl), Ridgeland, MS and Jeanette Campbell Franks, Memphis, TN; sister-in-law, Lillye Mae Faler Campbell, Helena, AL and a host of nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces.
