Georgia Olivia Tucker Easterling
(November 23, 1954 – May 3, 2025)

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at the Union South Baptist Church in Seminary for Georgia Olivia Tucker Easterling, 70 of Seminary, who passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Dr. Barry Armstrong will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Union South Baptist Church Cemetery in Seminary.  Special music will be provided by Mrs. Susan Deen. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive guests from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 3202 Highway 49, Collins, MS, and from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Thursday, May 8, 2025,
at the Union South Baptist Church, 91 Union Church Road, Seminary, MS.

Pallbearers will be Jared Easterling, Jadon Easterling, Josh Carr, Logan Carr, Risher Anglin, Nathan Ellis, and Paul Ellis.

Georgia was born on November 23, 1954, In Collins, Mississippi to George Tucker and Margaret Aultman Tucker.  She was a graduate of Seminary High School Class of 1972.  Georgia earned a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in elementary education from William Carey College.  She retired from the Covington County School System after thirty-four years of service as an elementary school teacher.  Georgia was a member of the Union South Baptist Church in Seminary.  She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and will be greatly missed by her family.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Tucker; and her  mother, Margaret Aultman Tucker.

Survivors include her husband of fifty-two years, Randy Easterling of Seminary; three sons, Joel Easterling (Lisa) of Seminary, Jeff Easterling (Rachel) of Lumberton, and Jonathan Easterling (Brandy) of Seminary; five grandchildren, Angelyn Carr (Josh) of Seminary, Jared Easterling, Jadon Easterling, Walker Easterling and Cameron Easterling; three great-grandchildren, Logan Carr, Raylan Carr, and Mayleigh Carr; one sister, Diane Sanford (Lester) of Collins; and a host of nieces nephews, and other family members.
