Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 14, 2022, at the Billy M. King Colonial Chapel for Helen Christeen Neal Kelly, 71 of Seminary, who passed away on Friday, February 11, 2022, at her residence.

Dr. Tim Hubbard will officiate at the services.  Special music will be provided by Mrs. Melanie Hubbard and Mr. Richard Thames.  Pallbearers will be family members and friends.

Mrs. Kelly was born on July 22, 1950, in Hernando, Mississippi to Huel Levi and Helen Powers Neal.  She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  Mrs. Kelly retired after twenty-five plus years of service as a registered nurse where she worked in several numerous healthcare facilities in the area.  She was a member of the Seminary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Madison Kelly; and her parents, Huel Levi and Helen Powers Neal.

Survivors include one son, Chad Kelly, and his wife, Julia of Coldwater; two daughters, Jessica Kelly Wallace, and her husband, Joseph of Petal, and Keri Kelly Thrash, and her husband, Mark of Seminary; one sister, Glenda Smith, and her husband, Ephraim of Yazoo City; three grandsons, Cole Kelly, Jacob Thrash and Dalton Thrash; six granddaughters, Amanda Thrash, Sallie Elise Kelly, Bailey Thrash, Ryleigh Wallace, Anna Kate Adams, and Raegan Wallace; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
