Herman Walker's Obituary
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at the Billy M. King Colonial Chapel Funeral Home for Herman Walker, 71, of Collins who passed away Sunday, September 24, 2017 at the Arrington Living Center in Collins.
Reverend Ronnie Sanford will officiate at the services with interment to follow in Collins City Cemetery. Billy M King Colonial Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home.
Mr. Walker was born Thursday, March 07, 1946 in Smith County, MS.
He is preceded in death by his parents, J.C. and Emma Ree Walker; two brothers, Mickey Walker and Shermon Walker.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Violet Walker, of Collins; one brother, Ronnie Walker (Shirley), of Collins; two sisters, Doris Jean Norris (Roland), of Marble Falls, AR and Mildred Norris (Jimmy), of Collins, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be his nephews.
