Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Mack Graves Cemetery for James Charles Lott, 60, of Prentiss, MS who passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at the Lawrence County Hospital in Monticello.

Bro. Charles Burnham will officiate at the services with interment to follow. Billy M, King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Billy M. King Colonial Chapel Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be James Earl Stephens, Charles Lott III, Randy Carter, Jamie Gill, Jamie Carter, and Logan Dilmore.

Raleigh Smith will serve as honorary pallbearer.

James had two major loves in his life, his children and his truck. He was a lifelong truck driver, primarily in the logging industry.  He enjoyed being outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles T. Lott and Janie M. Shoemake Atwood; sister, Dorris Lott and brother, Pee Wee Lott.

Survivors include his daughters, Poo Bear Lott and Trinity Lott of  New Augusta, MS; brothers, Wayne Lott, Prentiss, MS and June Bug Lott ( Cindy), Collins, MS and sister, Judy Floyd, Prentiss, MS.
