A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home for Janis Ann Gray Stuckey, 73 of Ellisville, who passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel.
Interment will be in the Old Williamsburg Cemetery in Collins. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Stuckey was born on December 7, 1947 in Magee, Mississippi to Robert R. Gray and Gladys Marie McKenzie Gray. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Mrs. Stuckey retired after twenty years of service as a custodial worker for South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel. She was a member of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Wayne Stuckey; her parents, Robert R. Gray and Gladys Marie McKenzie Gray; a sister, Barbara Jean McDonald; and a brother, Darrell McKenzie.
Survivors include two children, Wish Stuckey, and his wife, Ticia of Byrum and Angel Stuckey Rodriguez, and her husband, Galdino of Shreveport, Mississippi; five grandchildren, Mylee Brittney Gray, Kaylee Jo Stuckey, Tomas Rodriguez, Pamela Rodriguez, and Amber Rodriguez; and three great-grandchildren, Elias Walker Gray, Reyliegh Carter, and Colt Lee.
