John Richard Hall (Ricky) was born March 3, 1968, in Collins, Mississippi to Huey Hall and Rita Gale Thrash Hall. He was the only surviving child born to this marriage. After graduating high school at Seminary, he went on to conquer the world and see the many opportunities it had. The rest of his working career was spent driving a truck and mechanicing. He was a member of Longview Missionary Baptist Church. He spent his last months loving on his grandbabies. He was a great son, husband, father, loving Pawpaw and an amazing brother.

Ricky loved to drive trucks and spend his time adventuring and being outdoors. He especially loved spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Huey Hall; his maternal grandparents, John Ezra Thrash, wife Mattie Hazel Thrash; his paternal grandparents, Ben Hall, wife Bertha Hall; and one brother, Ricky Hall.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Spradley Hall of Seminary; two sons, Jonathan Richard Hall, fiance Lacy Pickering, of Collins and Jeremy Ricky Hall, wife Desiree of Collins; one brother, Scott Hall, fiance Christy Mullins of Collins; mother, Rita Gale Thrash Hall Ellzey, and step-father, John D. Ellzey of Seminary; two sisters, Edith Williamson, husband Greg, of Seminary and Brenda Finch, husband Darrell of Seminary. Daughter-in-Law Samantha Hope Wade Runnels of Seminary, Five Grand-Children, Kyle Norris(11), Aubrey Kate Hall(10), Jaxton Reid Hall(6), Ainsley River Runnels(4) and Jasper Riley Hall(3). Also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncle and many friends.
