John Thomas Thompson Jr.

(November 28, 1943 – September 9, 2019)

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m.  on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 for John Thomas Thompson Jr., 75 of Seminary, who passed away on Monday, September 9, 2019 at the Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.

Bro. Joe Lott and Bro. Jerry McRaney  will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Thompson Family Cemetery in Seminary, MS.  Billy M, King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Richard Loper, Russell Loper, Billy Don Loper, Brian Lucas, James Jarrell, and Jonathan Thompson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Thomas Thompson Sr. and  Hattie Mae Thompson; two brothers, Douglas Thompson and  Johnny Mac Thompson, and a nephew, Darrell Thompson.

Survivors include one sister, Barbara Loper (Don); one brother, Roger Thompson (Barbara), and a host of nieces and nephews.
