John Wiley Williams, Jr.
(September 21, 1971 – March 31, 2024)

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins for John Wiley Williams, Jr., 52 of Seminary, who passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2024, at his residence in Seminary, MS.

Reverend Glenn Shoemake, Reverend Steve Ellis and Mr. Levi Williams will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Eminence United Methodist Church Cemetery in Seminary.  Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 3202 Hwy 49, Collins, Mississippi.

Pallbearers will be Cody Sanford, Zane Collins, Stanley Williams, Tony Rigney, Levi Williams, John Lee Williams, David Cooley, and Dayvis McLeod. Honorary pallbearer will be Ken Wright.

John loved the outdoors, fishing, and enjoying all nature had to offer.  He especially enjoyed spending time on his tractor and farming.  He was a loving son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend to all who knew him, and he will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Wiley Williams, Sr.; and one brother, John Thomas Williams.

Survivors include his sons, Levi Williams (Darla) of Seminary and John Lee Williams (LaShell) of Louin; his mother, Shelby Walley Williams of Seminary, two sisters, Sue Sanford (Cody) of Seminary and Jane Collins (Zane) of Seminary; one grandson, Archer Williams of Louin; one granddaughter, Kyleigh Williams of Seminary, and a host of nieces and nephews.
