Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 22, 2021 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins for Johnny Ray Baughman Sr., 66 of Collins, who passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 at the Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.
Mr. John Michael Clemons will officiate at the services with interment to follow at a later date in the Bullock Cemetery in Seminary. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 22, 2021 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Ray Baughman Jr., Jeremy Lee Baughman, Logan Mikel Baughman, Wes Craft, John Michael Clemons, Preston Scott Clemons, Matthew Baughman, and Andrew Baughman.
Mr. Baughman was born on June 2, 1954 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to Thurman Ray Baughman and the late, Audrey Faye Lovette Baughman. He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, and brother. Mr. Baughman retired after twenty seven years of service as a metal worker for Howard Industries. He was a member of the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Audrey Faye Lovette Baughman; a sister, Meredith Joann Baughman; a brother, Kimble Eugene Baughman; one grandson, Avery Jeremiah Clemons; and one granddaughter, Toni Isabella Clemons.
Survivors include his wife of forty-seven years, Cynthia LaFontaine Baughman of Collins; his father, Thurman Ray Baughman of Wiggins; five children, Jamie Lynn Baughman Clemons, and her husband, John Michael of Goshen, Indiana, Johnny Ray Baughman Jr. of Collins, Virginia Lee Baughman Craft, and her husband, Wes of Purvis, Jeremy Lee Baughman, and his wife, Jade of Hattiesburg, and Logan Mikel Baughman of Collins; seven grandchildren, Linda Miriam Clemons, Preston Scott Clemons, Audrey "Faye" Craft, Jennavecia Loren "Jenna" Craft, Robert Ray "Bo" Craft, Avanline "Dixie" Craft, and Wes "Little Wes" Craft II; a sister-in-law, Wendy Termine Baughman; and two nephews, Matthew Baughman and Andrew Baughman.
