Joseph Napier
(June 2, 1926 – February 26, 2024)

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins for Joseph Napier, 97 of Seminary, who passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024 at the Asbury Hospice House in Hattiesburg, MS.

Reverend David Napier will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Collins City Cemetery in Collins. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, March 1, 2024 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 3202 Hwy 49, Collins, Mississippi.

Pallbearers will be Alan Napier, Josh Napier, Scott Boyd, Charlie Jones, Chance Napier, and Joey Runnels. Honorary pallbearers will be Regiel Napier, Steve Napier, and Denny Napier.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Malcolm Napier and  Nettie Herrin Napier; four brothers, M.J.  Napier, Ermon Napier, Quinton Napier and Denson Napier; one granddaughter, Meagan Napier.

Survivors include his sons, Philip Napier (Sunny) of Pensacola Beach, FL and David Napier (Donette) of Little Rock, AR;  grandsons, Alan Napier of Little Rock,AR., Josh Napier of Little Rock, AR. and Chance Napier of Gulf Breeze;  three granddaughters, Michelle Boyd (Scott) of Gulf Breeze, FL, Jaclyn Napier of Little Rock, and  Carmen Jones (Charlie) of Leesville, LA.
