Mrs. Culpepper was born on April 29, 1949 in Bay Springs, Mississippi. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Mrs. Culpepper and her late husband, Randy, owned and operated Culpepper Enterprises, Inc. in Collins for over twenty nine years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Collins.
"Kat" was loved for her humor and straight talk. There was no pretense about her. She endured her illness and trials without complaint or self-pity. Mrs. Culpepper's death leaves a great void in the family circle.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Randolph "Randy" Culpepper; and her parents, Thomas Daniel Kervin and Eunice Mitchell Kervin.
Survivors include one son, Brannon White, and his wife, Angie of Collins; two daughters, Lisa Mitchell of Woodstock, Georgia, and Hope Culpepper Crosby, and her husband, Kris of Seminary; four sisters, Janice Kervin of Collins, Carolyn Farr of Brandon, Dannell Rush of Prentiss, and Betty Napier of Collins; her grandchildren, William Mitchell, Caitlyn White, Katye White, Sally White, Lydia White, Braxton Crosby, Phebe Crosby, Allie Crosby, Destiny Sudduth, and Hanna Crosby; two great-granddaughters, Maribel Sudduth and Layla Sudduth; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
