Lenida Jane Rogers Crumpton
(June 8, 1937 - April 23, 2022)

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery for Lenida Jane Rogers Crumpton, 84 of Collins, who passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at the Asbury House in Hattiesburg.

Brother Wayne Woolwine will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Collins. Special music will be provided by Angela Latos. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Crumpton was born on June 8, 1937 in Beckley, West Virginia to Thomas and Maude Gunter Rogers. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Mrs. Crumpton graduated from Salem High School in 1955. She worked as the office manager for J. & J. Trucking for numerous years before her retirement. Mrs. Crumpton was a member of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Maude Gunter Rogers; four brothers, and two sisters.

Survivors include her husband of thirty-two years, Ronnie Crumpton of Collins; two sons, Bobby Collins Jr., and his wife, Rhonda of Chandler, Texas, and Zane Collins, and his wife, Jane of Seminary; one daughter, Dena Leuci, and her husband, Larry of Enterprise, Alabama; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
