Linda Nell Boleware

(June 10, 1947 – December 30, 2019)

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Holy Temple Cemetery in Seminary, for Linda Nell Boleware, 72 of Seminary, who passed away at Forrest General Hospital from injuries sustained in a tragic car accident on December 30, 2019, in Collins, MS.

Reverend Glenn Shoemake will officiate the service.  Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Miss. Boleware was born on June 10, 1947, in Hattiesburg, MS.  She was a 1965 graduate of Seminary High School.  She graduated from University of Southern Mississippi in 1970 and became an educator.   She taught elementary students as well as special education students during a career span of thirty-two years of service - beginning her career at Sanford Academy.   She went on to teach at Bel-Aire Elementary in Gulfport, MS, and Carver Elementary in Bassfield, MS.

Even though she had no children of her own, Linda "mothered" hundreds of children, teaching them not only how to read but also how to live together in peace and harmony.  Linda would love to be remembered as a teacher, a caregiver, and a friend.

Miss. Boleware was preceded in death by her parents, Estes Boleware and Agnes Aultman Boleware of Seminary; her paternal grandparents, Walter Boleware and Fannie Davis Boleware of Seminary; her maternal grandparents, Otho Aultman and Mae McGrew Aultman of Seminary.

She is survived by a brother, Alton E. Boleware of Seminary and a host of cousins and dear friends.
