Martha Louise McDonald Easterling
(January 15, 1944 – November 18, 2025)

Funeral services will be held at 2:00p.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins for Martha Louise McDonald Easterling, 81 of Mount Olive, who passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at her residence.

Reverend Nelson Crozier will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Rock Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Mount Olive.  Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 3202 Highway 49, Collins, MS.

Pallbearers will be Ronnie McDonald, Lavan McDonald, Chris McDonald, Philip Ponder, Phillip McDonald, and Lathan McDonald.  Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Sanford, Dalton Blakney, Floyd Gentry, and Jackson Ponder.

Mrs. Easterling was born on January 15, 1944, in Collins, Mississippi.  She was a homemaker by trade.  Mrs. Easterling was a member of the Rock Hill Baptist Church in Mount Olive.  She was a loving wife, mother, and sister and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Easterling; one daughter, Linda Kay Easterling; her parents, Hiram Magee and Ruth McDonald; and one  brother, Samuel E. McDonald.

Survivors include her two sons, Robert Shelton Easterling (Cynthia) and D. Victor Easterling, both of Mount Olive; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
