Funeral services will be held at 2:30 pm on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at the Willow Grove Baptist Church in Collins for Marvin Lafayette "Mark" Graham, Jr., 75, of Collins, who passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at the Covington County Hospital in Collins.
Reverend Lee Faler and Reverend Rocky Holston will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Willow Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Collins. Special music will be provided by Mrs. Julia Rae Graham. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be held from 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at the Willow Grove Baptist Church, 979 Willow Grove Church Road, Collins, Mississippi.
The pallbearers will be Jonathan Graham, Mario Ramos, Jimmy McKay, Trey Crawford, Hairo Mejia, William Mitchell, Sam Bingham, and Jeremy Johnson. Honorary pallbearers will be brothers-in-law, nephews, and great nephews.
Mr. Graham was born on October 18, 1948, in Columbia, Mississippi to Marvin and Mary McCord Graham. He retired after thirty plus years of service as auto parts manager. Mr. Graham was a member of the Mount Olive First Baptist Church. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Mr. Graham was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Mary McCord Graham.
Survivors include his wife of forty-six years, Pattye Mitchell Graham of Collins; two sons, Jonathan Graham and Mario Ramos, both of Reston, Virginia; one daughter, Melanie Graham McKay (Jimmy) of Orange Beach, Alabama; two sisters, Gail Graham Phipps (Bobby Joe) of Stringer and Marianne Graham Polk (Charles) of Bunker Hill; two grandsons, Gage Cullens (Toniee) and Jaxson McKay; one great-grandson, Huxton Cullens; an aunt, Julia Rae McQueen Graham of Collins; and a host of nieces and nephews.
