Mary Deborah Cagle

(January 14, 1952 – November 30, 2021)

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, December 3, 2021 at the Cold Springs Baptist Church in Collins for Mary Deborah Cagle, 69 of Bay Springs, and formerly of Collins, who passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at the South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel.

Mr. Jerry Moore will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Cold Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Collins.  Special music will be provided by The Cannon Family.  Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 3, 2021 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 3302 Highway 49, Collins, MS 39428.

Pallbearers will be Eric Williams, Brad Johnson, Sherman Smith, Ben Bassi, Shane Rogers, and Tim Cagle.   Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of the Jasper County Nursing Home.

Mrs. Cagle was born on January 14, 1952 in Orange, Texas to Walter Mack Cagle and Ruth Boleware Cagle.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister.  Mrs. Cagle retired from Sanderson Farms, Inc. after thirty years of service as an accounting clerk.  She was a member of the Cold Springs Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Mack Cagle, Jr. and Ruth Boleware Cagle; and a nephew, Mark "Bubba" Peveto.

Survivors include her daughter, Jessica Cagle Williams, and her husband, Eric of Bay Springs; one grandson, Everett Michael Williams of Bay Springs; two sisters, Patricia "Pat" Webb of Orange, Texas, and Sandra "Sandy" Johnson of Collins; two brothers, Walter Mack Cagle of Seminary, and Joseph Cagle of Orange, Texas; and a host of nieces and nephews.
