Richard Allen Norris
(May 10, 1962 – February 19, 2022)

Richard Allen Norris, 59 of Seminary, Mississippi, passed away on Saturday, February 19, 2022, peacefully at his home. He was born Thursday, May 10, 1962, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home at 3302 Hwy 49, Collins, Mississippi.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins, Mississippi. The burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Highland Cemetery, 3401 W 7 ^th Street, Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Brother John Finley will officiate. Billy M. King Colonial Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 601-765-1010

Mr. Norris was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend.  He enjoyed working in the yard and helping others work in their yards, fishing, working on motors, and most of all spending time with his family.  He had a generous heart in being willing to help anyone that he could.  He will be greatly missed by all of his loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Burlin "Buck" Norris; grandparents, Wilmer Arthur and Wyrtle Sullivan Norris; grandfather, P.C.  Coulter, Jr.; grandmother, Helen Kelly Coulter Cranford.

Survivors include his loving wife of thirteen years, Rose Camille Hollingsworth Norris of Seminary, MS; daughters, April Nicole Norris of Jones County, MS and Kimberly Suzanne Norris Church (Paul) of Ellisville, MS; grandchildren, Kaiden Grace Church of Ellisville, MS and Kacie Grace Church of Ellisville, MS; mother, Betty Ann Coulter Norris Davis of Brandon, MS; brothers, Ben Norris (Trish) of Brandon, MS and Chuck Norris of Collins, MS.
