River Blaine Lott

(October 27, 2022 – October 27, 2022)

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 30, 2022 at the Willow Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Collins for River Blaine Lott, infant son of Micah and Summer Lott of Seminary, who was welcomed into the arms of Jesus, on October 27, 2022 at Merit-Wesley Health Center in Hattiesburg.

Brother Rich Gray will officiate at the graveside services with interment to follow in the Willow Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.  Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Pallbearers will be family members and friends.

River weighed three pounds, fifteen ounces and measured seventeen inches in length.  He was a gift from God. Even though River was only here for a short time, he brought so much joy to his family.  River was already so very loved and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Raymond and Patsy King; and his paternal grandmother, Patricia Eubanks Sasser.

Survivors include his loving parents, Micah Ray Lott and Summer Marie Sasser Lott of Seminary; maternal grandparents, Chad and Christina King Lambert of Seminary, and Anthony and Julene Sherman Sasser of Collins; paternal grandparents, Teresa Lott of Seminary and Carver Lott of Sumrall; maternal great-grandparents, Herbert and Ping Cadiz Sasser of Collins; paternal great grandparents, Gale and Sarah Gingrich of Seminary, and Mike and Janice Banks of Eastabuchie; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
