Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins for Ronald O'Neal "Ronnie" Stewart, 57 of Seminary, who passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Reverend Jake Sanford will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Collins City Cemetery. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 15, 2016 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins.

Pallbearers will be David Jackson, John Owens, Jason Roberts, Jim Williams, Zachary Duckworth, and Raymond Lindsey.

Mr. Stewart was born on July 13, 1959 in Heidelberg, Germany. He was the Financial Services Banker for the Mississippi State Veterans Home in Collins. Mr. Stewart also served as a former law enforcement officer for the Covington County Sheriff's Department. He was a member of the Lebanon Baptist Church in Seminary, and a member of the Veterans OutReach of Mississippi.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Clayton Stewart and Minnie Mae Woodward Stewart; and his father, Ellie Enoch Stabler.

Survivors include his wife of thirty eight years, Georgia Knight Stewart of Seminary; twin daughters, Bethany Stewart Waters and her husband, John, and Stephanie Stewart Quick and her husband, Matthew, all of Collins; one son, Ace Stewart and his wife, Kaylene of Moselle; his mother, Dot Partin of Gulfport; one sister, Debbie Cobb of Gulfport; one brother, Andy Stabler of Gulfport; five grandchildren, Logan Waters, Hannah Quick, Kalyn Waters, Haley Quick, and Kassidy Stewart; two great-grandchildren, Chaztin Coleman and Jayke Coleman; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
