Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at the Billy M. King Funeral Home in Collins for Ronnie Phil Puckett, 68 of Collins, who passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at the Asbury House in Hattiesburg.

Reverend Reese Douglas will officiate at the services with interment in the Blakely Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Collins at a later date. Special music will be provided by Mr. Jerry Williamson and Mr. Horton Sanders. Billy M, King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at the Billy M. King Funeral Home in Collins.

Mr. Puckett was born on February 14, 1950 in Magee, Mississippi. He was a loving husband, step father, and brother. Mr. Puckett was a member of the Blakely Creek Baptist Church,

He was preceded in death by James Wilburn Puckett and Betty Jane Harkey Puckett.

Survivors include his wife of ten years, Doris Rutland Puckett of Collins; one step-son, Calvin Jordan of Mount Olive; one step-daughter, Jennifer Dearman of Collins; one sister, Donna Puckett of Magee; four brothers, James Puckett, Danny Puckett, Randall Puckett, all of Magee, and Frank Puckett of Arkansas; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
