A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at the Harvest Church in Seminary for Sandra Lee Rand Morgan, 56 of Seminary, who passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at the Merit Health-Wesley Medical Center in Hattiesburg.
Brother Douglas McVey will officiate at the services. Special music will be provided by Ms. Sherry Rand. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Morgan was born on August 11, 1963 in McComb, Mississippi. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Mrs. Morgan was a sweet and caring person, and she will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther Lee Rand and Evelyn Marie Tuttle Rand; a sister, Sylvia Ann Christian; and a granddaughter, Samantha Michelle Beaty.
Survivors include her husband of forty years, Marc Morgan of Seminary; four children, Christina Joann Morgan of Seminary, Joshua Caleb Morgan (Jessica) of Laurel, Jonathan Michael Morgan (Macon) of Laurel, and Robert Joseph Morgan (Faith) of Lake; seven siblings, Brenda Kay Beasley (Earl) of Laurel, Linda Marie Logan (Gary) of Seminary, Elizabeth Renae Swartz (Keith) of Corinth, Neldra Faye Spears of Seminary, Rebecca Lynn Harrington (Randy) of Lexington, Kentucky, Luther Wayne Rand (Sherry) of Ovett, and Nancy Gail Kitchens (Andy) of Laurel; eight grandchildren, Tristan Andrew Simmons, Charity Klarice Chaney, Jacob Allen Chaney, Hannah Faith Morgan,Aubrey Nicole Herrington, Emma Grace Morgan, James Luke Morgan, and Kendall Ray Cotton; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members..
