Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Collins for Shirley Williamson Keys, 84 of Seminary, who passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at her residence.
Reverend Rodney Smith, Reverend Thomas Graves, and Reverend Dennis Campbell will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins.
Pallbearers will be Cody Keys, Colby Neal, Victor Sasser, Brandon Mitchell, Phillip Barth, and Jeremy Hall. Honorary pallbearers will be Clifton Keys, Christian Mitchell, Tray Trippit, Dylan Ford, Austin Pendleton, and Josh Knight.
Mrs. Keys was born on August 10, 1932 in Collins, Mississippi. She retired from Sanderson Farms, Inc. as a supervisor after thirty four years of service. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Collins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Wilton Williamson and Lula Victoria Coulter Williamson; her husband, Bobby Rembert Keys; and two brothers, Wiley Lee Williamson and Roger Harold Williamson.
Survivors include one daughter, Shirldeen Keys Leggett and her husband, Danny of Seminary; one son, Johnny L. Keys and his wife, Loretta of Collins; two sisters, Louise Williamson Sanford and Margaret Williamson Rogers, both of Petal; two brothers, John Wilton "Jimmy" Williamson of Oak Grove and Robert Glen "Bobby" Williamson of Kiln; four grandchildren, Kasey Adams, Danya Thompson, Cody Keys (Alisha), and Kelsey Neal (Colby); eight great-grandchildren, Logan Adams, Tanner Adams, Savannah Thompson, Cayman Lyles, Kennedy Keys, Cullen Keys, Presleigh Neal, and Parker Neal; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
