Shirley Glennell Stringer

Graveside services will be held at Calvary Pentecostal Church in Jayess, Mississippi on Friday  January 2, 2026 at 2:00 pm for Shirley Glennell Stringer, 63 of Siminary who passed away on Tuesday, December 30,  2025 at her residence in Seminary, Mississippi.

Rev, Elliot Rutland will officiate the graveside services at Calvary United Pentecostal Church Cemetery in Jayess, Mississippi.

Shirley Stringer enjoyed her life with her family and they with her, They will miss her and will cherish their memories with her.

She was proceeded in death by her father, Marvin W. Holmes of Jayess, mother, Glenda F Barnett Holmes of Jayess, brother, Bobby Ard of Jayess.

Survivors include her husband, Joe Stringer of Seminary.  Daughters, Leona Craft of Tylertown and Gerry Mathis (John) of Tylertown, brothers, Billy Ard of Jayess and Carlos Ard of Monticello, Grandsons Wyatt Mathis of Tylertown and Jack Slater of Tylertown, granddaughter, Lanie Craft of Tylertown.

Billy M. King Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins, Mississippi will be in charge of arrangements.
