Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at the Mount Olive City Cemetery in Mount Olive for Thomas Jack "Tommy" Lewis, 58 of Mount Olive, who passed away on Friday, February 23, 2018 at the Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.
Reverend Jerry Duncan will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Mount Olive City Cemetery. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.
Pallbearers will be James "Brother-in-Law" Carter, Willie "Preacher" Franks, Roland Ingram, Christopher Williams, Sam Sanford, and Ray Shows.
Mr. Lewis was born on November 18, 1959 in Marietta, Georgia. He was a loving son, father, grandfather, and brother. Mr. Lewis was employed by Polk's Meat Products, Inc. in Magee as a meat cutter. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Mount Olive. Mr. Lewis was a diehard Mississippi State fan and enjoyed watching all of their sporting activities.
He was preceded in death by his father, Sidney Ray Lewis.
Survivors include one daughter, Brittany Leigh Lewis of Mount Olive; three sons, Brett Lewis, and his fiancée, Abby Knight, Nolan Lewis, and Ty McKee, and his wife, Torenda, all of Collins; his mother, Eleanor Carr Lewis of Mount Olive; two sisters, Patty Johnson and her husband, Robert of Mount Olive and Pam Lewis of Brandon; nine grandchildren, J'Lynn Lewis, Annabelle Williams, Trigger Williams, Zach Lewis, Tucker Lewis, Presley Lewis, Chase McKee, Rhyder McKee, and Cory McKee; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
