Ticia Roberts Spencer

(May 21, 1973 – May 15, 2022)

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home for Ticia Roberts Spencer, 48 of Collins, who passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2022, at the Asbury Hospice House in Hattiesburg.

Reverend Dennis Campbell and Reverend Steve Miller will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Collins.  Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 3302 Highway 49, Collins, Mississippi, 39428.

Pallbearers will be Chris Roberts, Blake Roberts, Dustin McNeil, Logan Powell, Charlie Powell, Tony Hatfield, and Josh Sullivan.  Honorary pallbearers will be B.J. Shoemaker, Randy Kent, Tom Wise, Lee Paxton, Carl Stovall, Gary Stovall, Jimmy Sullivan, and the employees of the Collins Dialysis Unit.

Mrs. Spencer was born on May 21, 1973, in Greenville, Mississippi, to Edward and Linda Stovall Roberts.  She graduated from Jones County Junior College and University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.  Mrs. Spencer retired after twenty years of service as a registered nurse from the Collins Dialysis Unit.

Mrs. Spencer was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, and sister.  She was a Christian and a member of the Baptist faith.  Mrs. Spencer will be greatly missed by her family and all that knew her.

Survivors include two daughters, Shelby Shavers McNeil, and her husband, Dustin of Stringer, and Cheyenne Laken Spencer of Collins; her parents, Edward and Linda Stovall Roberts of Collins; her fiancé, Bo Powell of Sumrall; one brother, Chris Roberts, and his wife, April of Huntsville, Texas; one grandson, Collier McNeil of Stringer; a niece, Caitlyn Roberts of Huntsville, Texas; a nephew, Blake Roberts of Huntsville, Texas; and a host of other family members and dear friends.
