Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at the Smyrna Landmark Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Seminary for Mrs. Tommie Ann Sanderford, 75 of Memphis, and formerly of Collins, who passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020 at her residence.
Brother Joe Lott will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Smyrna Landmark Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Seminary. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Sadler, Tommy Thompson, Clay Ebarb, Steven Eberhart, Cory Sanderford, and Mark Thompson.
Mrs. Sanderford was born on June 16, 1945 in Collins, Mississippi. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Mrs. Sanderford retired after fifteen plus years of service as the Housing Manager for the State of Mississippi Housing and Urban Development. She is a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Memphis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, T.J. and Annette Bynum Reeves; a brother, James Reeves; and a sister, Betty Reeves Cole .
Survivors include two daughters, Lisa Ann McKinney of Memphis, Tennessee and Lana Sanderford Thompson, and her husband, Tommy of Bartlett, Tennessee; one son, Wayne Sanderford of Seminary; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
