Obituary

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins for Troy P. Aultman, 90 of Seminary, who passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at the Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg.

Reverend Paul Rodgers will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the in Oakdale United Methodist Church Cemetery in Seminary with military rites at graveside. Billy M, King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be held from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 26, 2018 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Joey Runnels, Charlie Carter, JoJo Carter, Mason Aultman, David walker, and Eddie Farmer. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Max Bullock and Ralph Bullock.

Mr. Aultman was born on November 24, 1927 in Seminary, Mississippi. He was a graduate of Seminary High School. Mr. Aultman retired from the United States Marine Corps. after twenty-two years of service during which he served two tours of duty in Vietnam. Mr. Aultman was a member of the Seminary Baptist Church. He also served as the former president of the Wesley Credit Union.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie and Winnie Crosby Aultman ; and two brothers, Trenton R. Aultman and Douglas D. Aultman.

Survivors include his wife of fifty-eight years, Dorothy Osdoba Aultman of Seminary; one son, Ronald Aultman, and his wife, Marsha of Seminary; one daughter, Linda Aultman of Tampa, Florida; and four grandchildren, Erica Sawyer, Mason Aultman, Rachel Kahn, and Lauren Kahn.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Veterans Outreach of Mississippi, Attention: Brother Jake Sanford, 15 Pritchett Drive, Collins, Mississippi, 39428.
