Wayne Bruce Jones

(November 6, 1956 – April 29, 2019)

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held June 22, 2019 at 4 p.m. at Orange Grove Community Center, 9313 Old Stage Road, Moss Point, MS for Wayne Bruce "Doe" Jones, 62 of Mount Olive, who passed away on Monday, April 29, 2019 in Jamestown, North Carolina.

Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins will be in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Jones was born on November 6, 1956 in Fulton, New York.  He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.  Mr. Jones was a truck driver by trade for over twenty years.  He was employed with Mesilla Valley Transportation.  Mr. Jones was a member of the Mormon faith, but he attended the First Baptist Church of Mount Olive with his family.  He was a great man and will be missed by all that knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Clark Jones and Dorothy Ann  Holmes Jones; his mother-in-law, Lavonne Van Mill; and several aunts and uncles.

Survivors include his wife of thirty-three years, Terri Nielsen Jones of Mount Olive; five children, Christopher Nielsen (Nallica) of Escatawpa, Ashley Nielsen, SarahJo Jones, Destinee Nielsen, and Tyler DeWayne Blaze Nielsen, all of Mount Olive; and two grandchildren, Gena Nielsen and Kristen Nielsen.
